Approve an assistant
When an assistant connects, Hiresweep opens an approval page in your browser that names the assistant and says it wants to use your Hiresweep account. If you aren’t signed in, you sign in first.1
Check the account
The page shows which account you are signed in as. If it’s the wrong one, sign out and connect again.

Choose the permissions
Under Permissions, tick what the assistant may do:
The page only lists the permissions the assistant asked for. Permissions marked Spends credits or Can’t be
undone start unticked, so you opt into each one yourself.Under It will also be able to, the page lists account details the assistant gets with any connection, such as
Know who you are or Stay connected.

Select Allow or Deny
Allow connects the assistant with the permissions you ticked and returns you to it. Deny sends it back
without access.
See your connected assistants
Open Settings and select Connected assistants under Developers. Each assistant shows its name, the date you connected it and a chip for each permission you gave it. Permissions that spend credits or can’t be undone are highlighted. API keys aren’t listed here. A key always has full access to your account; manage keys in Settings → Developers → API keys.Disconnect an assistant

Select Disconnect
In Connected assistants, select Disconnect next to the assistant.

Select Disconnect again in the confirmation.

The request often expires when the approval page stays open for a while. Go back to your assistant and connect
again.

Assistants connected with an API key instead of signing in aren’t listed. Delete the key in API keys to cut
their access.
