# Deleting your account

> Permanently delete your Hiresweep account, with every resume, application, setting and uploaded file, and cancel your plan.

Deleting your account removes everything in it for good. It can't be undone.

## What gets deleted

- Your resumes, including their public links.
- Your applications, job searches and Apply profile.
- Your settings, API keys, passkeys and linked accounts.
- Every file you uploaded or Hiresweep stored for you, such as profile pictures and generated PDFs.
- Your paid plan, if you have one. It is cancelled, and your customer record at the payment processor is removed.

Applications you already sent stay with the employers you sent them to. Hiresweep can't recall them.

<Tip>
  Hiresweep has no single data export. Before you delete, download what you want to keep from each resume with
  **Export** → **Download JSON**, which you can import again later, or **Download PDF**. See [Exporting your
  resume](https://docs.hiresweep.com/guides/exporting-your-resume).
